Frequently Asked Questions
Can I submit a ticket without an account? Yes. You do not need a Cambridge Nexus console account to submit a support ticket. You only need a valid email address.
How do I follow up on an existing ticket? Simply reply to the confirmation email you received when you submitted your ticket. Your reply will be added to the existing conversation automatically.
Can I submit multiple issues in one ticket? We recommend submitting a separate ticket for each issue so our team can track and resolve each one individually.
