Creating an Account
Getting started with Cambridge Nexus is quick and straightforward. You can create an account in under a minute using an existing identity provider, no separate username or password required.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have access to one of the following accounts, as Cambridge Nexus uses these to verify your identity:
- GitHub
- Apple
- Microsoft
Step-by-Step: Creating Your Account
Step 1: Go to the Cambridge Nexus Console
Navigate to cambridgenexus.com in your browser and click "Sign Up" in the top right corner.
Step 2: Choose your sign-in method
On the login screen, select the identity provider you'd like to use:
- Sign in with Google: use your Gmail or Google Workspace account
- Sign in with LinkedIn: use your LinkedIn profile
- Sign in with GitHub: use your GitHub account
- Sign in with Apple: use your Apple ID
- Sign in with Microsoft: use your Microsoft or Outlook account (recommended for enterprise users)
Click the option that matches your preferred account.
Step 3: Authenticate with your provider
You will be redirected to your chosen provider's login page. Sign in with your existing credentials. If you are already logged in to that provider in your browser, this step may complete automatically.
Step 4: Accept the Terms of Service
On your first login, you will be asked to agree to the Cambridge Nexus Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Review and accept to continue.
Step 5: Access the Console
Once authenticated, you will be taken directly to the Cambridge Nexus Console. Your account is now active and ready to use.
What Happens Next
After creating your account you can explore the console and available GPU infrastructure options.
If you would like to request a quote for GPU capacity, you will need to complete a short verification process that includes basic company information and intended use details. See Requesting a Quote & KYC Verification for a step-by-step guide on that process.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use a personal email instead of a social login? At this time, Cambridge Nexus uses identity provider sign-in only. You will need access to one of the five supported providers to create an account.
Which sign-in method should I use for my company? If your organization uses Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, we recommend signing in with Microsoft or Google respectively so your account is tied to your company identity.
Can I change my sign-in method later? If you need to change the identity provider linked to your account, please contact our support team by submitting a ticket.
Is my data secure? Cambridge Nexus does not store your provider passwords. Authentication is handled entirely by your chosen identity provider. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
